Framing Art in San Francisco!

Here are two of our latest finished framing projects! We love all sorts of art that we can frame here in our San Francisco Frame Shops.

The first one is a painting by:

Eduardo Chillida had a very distinct style; he was a Spanish Basque sculptor notable for his monumental abstract works. We love the detail of the little cutout on the left side, makes sense being a print from a sculptor. Our design for this art to be framed included a satin finish black frame, shadowbox style with white mat and floated for the shadow light effect.

The second piece is a drawing on paper. We used a scalloped frame to play on the movement in this incredible octopus piece. We want to thank everyone for letting us post photos of their pieces, love us some squid pro quo. We framed it with a black mat, keeping it tight and flat and most gentle on the art!
