Our client kept these dried flowers from her wedding for 35 years in a book. Now her son is getting married and she wanted to give them to him as a wedding gift.

We wanted to add dimension to the flatten flowers so we built a white wash maple wood shadowbox, sandwiched the flowers between two museum quality acrylic sheets and used wood spacers to keep them to the front of the frame and put a beautiful linen covered mat behind to give the illusion of them floating. Look at that shadow play!

We love being creative and designing custom frames for pieces with sentimental value! These flowers are now protected and preserved in this special custom picture frame. If you also have a custom framing project coming up, come by our frame shops in San Francisco. We have a beautiful selection of hundreds of wall frame options, matting samples and our team of experienced framers is full of ideas with the experience to handle any art you bring us to frame!

Underglass Custom Picture Framing is open 7 days a week! We are looking forward to seeing you!
