Here are two completely different approaches to framing art that is colorful! When we start a design for a custom picture frame for any art we always try to get a feel for what works best with the art and what our client likes.
For the image with the yellow to orange small painted squares we picked up the grid of the painting and chose a grey thin floater frame. This design continues the structure of the art that we framed!
For the little whimsical custom cat portrait by @kto_art, we kept the framing lighthearted and fun with a vintage feel to match the playful, distinct style. Our double mat we cut has rounded corners with an orange core that picks up the orange elements of the art.
