Our frame shops here in San Francisco get a lot interesting art to frame. This week we started with finishing these two amazing custom frames:
We had a lot of fun floating the limited edition print with all the dogs on it. We liked the super simple frame design of a whitewash shadowbox.
A match made in handmade heaven for the print and carved frame in the second picture! We used a grey silk mat to pull on the color your eye creates between the black and the paper tone and this carved frame was an obvious must. Also for this art on paper we chose the floating technique!
