Types of paper we use

Premium photo paper

Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper mimics the look of traditional silver halide prints. This photo print paper will also deliver outstanding color saturation for vivid prints!

Premium fine art paper

Epson Hot Press Bright Paper for a smooth matte medium that can delivers a wide color gamut and high brightness. 100% cotton rag with use of optical brighteners, designed for longevity, Hot Press Bright is free of acid, lignin, and chlorine and is pH buffered.

Fine art cotton rag

Exclusive printing paper, Hahnemühle Cotton Rag® is specially designed for FineArt applications, 100% cotton, white, characteristic, beautiful defined felt structure. Museum quality outstanding print results. Acid- and lignin-free.

Exhibition satin canvas

Exhibition Satin Canvas from Epson is a non-reflective, suitable for gallery and museum-quality prints with deep blacks and a wide color spectrum. Additionally, its elastic polymer coating resists cracking, making it ideal for gallery wrap stretching.

Our printing process

Image file settings

We prefer images files that use RGB color space, 8-bit, and Adobe 1998 RGB.

Image file formats

We accept a variety of file formats, including PDF, JPG, and PNG.

Image file resolution

We require at least 300 dpi for the best possible print quality.

Custom print sizes

We can print all standard sizes from 4x6 to 8x10 to 24x36, plus prints as wide as 44 inches and as long as you wish.

Order proofs

We can provide digital proofs for approval before printing upon request.

Order changes

If you need to make changes to your order, contact us immediately since changes may not be possible once printing has started.

Order fulfillment

Most custom print orders will be ready for pickup in 3 to 5 business days.

Order pickup

Custom print orders can be picked up during regular business hours at our Market Street store.
